Reality check is a great place to learn about substance abuse, the counselors were great and very understanding. I would recommend this class to everyone cause you can really talk to them and don't have to worry about them looking at you different.

Susan Dawson and Reality Check have done so much for me! Both group and individual therapy have given me techniques that I can utilize during difficult times throughout my life. Susan truly cares about you and personalizes your treatment plan according to your needs. She is willing to go above and beyond and out of her way to make sure you're doing okay (talked me out of suicide on several occasions). I would recommend her to anyone. 5 stars! Perfect 10 in my book!

I completed court ordered Anger Management with Reality Check and I really learned a lot through their group counseling. I have attended individual therapy for a lot of my adult life but group was different and in a good way. My classes were completed on time as I was told. Only negative thing I could say is sometimes they were a little unorganized and the classes did run late so the wrong group of people may not flourish but it wasn't really a problem for me. Big thanks to Tammy and Susan for helping me get through a tough time.
